Special music this Sunday
Flutist Jeanne Simmons of Memphis is playing during our morning and evening services on Sunday, May 18. She has played with the Memphis Symphony, the Quicksilver Quartet, and recorded a CD of Celtic music. Having studied in Taizé, France, she will help us expand our use of that style. During the 5:30 service, we will have an ensemble of flute, violin and harp, as well as a small vocal group.
Also this Sunday:
+We will bless prayer shawls created by our knitting ministry
+ We will recognize our graduating seniors and send them forth with our prayers
Our summer schedule will begin Sunday, May 25.
